The location impressed me. It was close to the subway station. the staff offered great assistance and directions. i found the breakfast adequate with a decent variety of options. It had what i needed to start my day.
the elevators were occasionally crowded during peak hours.

The breakfast included waffles, bacon, toast, bagels, cereals, and fruit. coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available throughout the day. I found this convenient. the waffle machine was a definite plus!

the front desk staff was cute and helpful! they provided information about the surrounding area. the room staff maintained the cleanliness of the room and did a good job, which i really appreciated.

constant hum limited seating
My room faced some equipment. it ran all night. sleeping proved difficult with the constant hum. the breakfast selection disappointed me too. there were few healthy options. Everything felt processed and sugary. i also noted limited seating during peak hours, causing some congestion.

central location, great stay
friendly staff free breakfast central location
i liked the friendly staff. the free breakfast included scrambled eggs and pastries. the hotel is near many attractions, a plus. i found it easy to walk to times square and other sites.
the elevators were slow at times. this caused some delays particularly during peak hours. i think more elevators or faster service would improve the experience.

the staff was accessible. they assisted with directions and offered helpful tips. staff packed us some breakfast bags to go and handed them over to my mom, it was very nice.

my king room had a comfortable bed. the room was clean and the size was good. the air conditioning worked, and i also liked that it had blackout curtains.

the hotel is in a central place. it is close to the subway and easy to access. i walked to the empire state building from here. the hotel has easy walking distance to many attractions.
